Job summary

Carrier in the UAE seeks an experienced Account Manager – District Cooling to drive market growth, manage key accounts, and pursue major projects. You will collaborate with developers, consultants, EPCs, and operators to position Carrier’s high-efficiency HVAC and district cooling solutions across the UAE.

You will build relationships at executive and technical levels, develop strategic account plans, and lead early-stage engagement to influence specifications, tendering, and awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC, district cooling, utilities, or infrastructure sales.
• Proven track record with developers, EPCs, consultants, and district cooling operators.

Responsibilities

• Develop a UAE District Cooling market growth plan aligned with Carrier's objectives.
• Identify and pursue strategic district cooling opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Lead opportunity strategy and pursuit plans for major projects.
• Build executive-level relationships and coordinate internal teams for wins.
• Influence project specifications, tendering, and long-term partnerships.
