Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end conception, planning, and delivery of the digital transformation programme and related workstreams.
Translate the client's strategic objectives and customer experience vision into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Act as the single point of accountability for programme delivery, stakeholder alignment, and digital maturity advancement.
Align internal business needs and regulatory requirements with user expectations and digital best practices.
Oversee transformation governance, including reporting, risk management, budget oversight, and vendor performance.
Drive adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and upskilling initiatives.
