Wasl Group is seeking a Digital Solution Senior Manager to lead the organization’s digital solution capability. You will drive technology-driven business transformation, manage experts across enterprise platforms, and translate requirements into practical options.

Collaboration with architecture and delivery teams will ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that align with enterprise standards. You will oversee governance, modernization, and efficient reuse of digital capabilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Technology, Digital Transformation, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in management, in digital solutions or transformation.
• Experience across enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, analytics, and digital experience tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Digital Solution team with clear ownership across platforms.
• Maintain a view of enterprise digital capabilities across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Unifier, and related tech.
• Translate business requirements into feasible technology options and improvements.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure solutions align with standards and security.
