Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise process redesign across functions in Abu Dhabi. You will move beyond mapping to deliver real operational change by translating improved operating models into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong quantitative, analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost, productivity, or cycle-time improvements within large, regulated enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process, operational or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience redesigning processes across complex business functions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, productivity, or cycle time.
• Experience delivering redesigns from concept to implementation.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes using data such as volume, cost, and cycle time.
• Map workflows, approvals and handoffs.
• Identify unnecessary processes and approval layers.
• Redesign processes and target operating models.
• Define activities to eliminate, simplify, automate or self-serve.
• Quantify operational and financial benefits.
• Translate redesigned processes into Product and Engineering requirements.
• Define KPIs and measure results after implementation.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and IT.
• Challenge existing processes with senior stakeholders.
