Job summary

Salt in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of technology programmes, from supplier onboarding to value realization. You will manage projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring safe, compliant and enterprise-aligned solutions.

The role reports to the Senior Portfolio Manager and involves leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and coaching in mixed methodologies to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes for critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.
• Strong supplier/vendor management experience in third-party technology delivery.
• Airline or airport operations experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with safety-critical operational technology is an advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent PPM and Agile tools.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned projects and programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage supplier sourcing, contracting, and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and dependency maps in line with business objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and solution definition, balancing safety, compliance, and innovation.
• Establish stakeholder engagement plans and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to manage scope and change control.
• Track and report project benefits, embedding lessons learned into future initiatives.
• Act as a delivery coach in mixed Agile/Waterfall environments, ensuring teams operate effectively.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across suppliers and internal teams.
