Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Solution & Technology Architecture Lead to define and drive the enterprise technology vision, ensuring scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with long-term business goals.

You will lead a team of architects, govern architecture across programs, and champion cloud-native, microservices, and API-led approaches while collaborating with product, delivery and engineering to balance business needs with technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• TOGAF and SAFe certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise and solution architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with transformation roadmap.
• Lead a team of solution and technology architects, driving standards and governance across initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance agility, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with product, delivery and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Champion agile and DevOps-aligned architecture practices such as microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across both agile and waterfall projects to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
