Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7 years in digital marketing with 3+ years in an account director or senior client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC, SEO, social, programmatic, web analytics).
• Exceptional client service, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management with multitasking and prioritization.
• Leadership to inspire and grow a team.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics SEMrush Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for key clients, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Lead development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels.
• Manage a team of digital account managers, executives and creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and upselling services.
• Collaborate with creative, media and technology teams for alignment.
• Prepare strategic proposals, performance reports and quarterly reviews.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Develop annual plans and forecasts with finance and leadership.
