Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT and Advertising Industry.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Led and managed SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and display campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SEO/SMO and PPC specialists.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and display advertising.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure campaign performance against goals, ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
