Job summary

Salesforce in Dubai is seeking a high-performing Corporate Counsel to support the Commercial Legal team across the UAE and Middle East, focusing on technology contracts, cloud services, and public procurement.

The role requires fluent English and Arabic, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience with AI, data privacy, and IP laws. You will collaborate with privacy, security, and compliance teams to ensure contracts align with internal policies and regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in law or equivalent.
• Qualified lawyer in a major jurisdiction; UAE regarded as a plus.
• Substantial UAE law and tech contracting experience; 5+ PQE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UAE and Middle East laws for contracts, technology offerings, and growth.
• Draft, negotiate, and review strategic technology service agreements with customers and partners.
• Provide legal support for cloud, on-premises, and professional services initiatives; advise executives and teams.
