Job summary

PeopleEdge HR (Client: Investment Group) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Procurement Officer to manage corporate purchasing. You will handle full-cycle procurement for non-project spend—administration, office services, IT hardware/software, professional services, and subscriptions—with tight deadlines and active vendor management.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate procurement, fluent Arabic and English, and experience with ERP-based procurement (Oracle, SAP or similar).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement, focusing on corporate/indirect spend.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with ERP-based procurement (Oracle, SAP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Run RFQs, tenders and price comparisons for corporate purchases.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and SLAs with suppliers; manage vendor register.
• Raise and track purchase orders; follow deliveries and resolve invoice issues.
• Draft and renew service contracts with legal and requesting departments.
• Maintain procurement records and audit-ready reports.
• Support procurement policy and approval workflow across the group.
