Our client, an Abu Dhabi based investment group, is hiring a Procurement Officer to run its corporate purchasing. This is a busy, hands-on role. You'll handle the full cycle for non-project spend: administration, office services, marketing, IT hardware and software, professional services and subscriptions. Expect tight deadlines, senior stakeholders who want things done quickly and a lot of vendor management.

What you'll do

• Run RFQs, tenders and quotation comparisons for corporate purchases
• Negotiate pricing, terms and SLAs with suppliers and manage the vendor register
• Raise and track POs, follow up on deliveries and resolve invoice issues with finance
• Draft and renew service contracts with legal and the requesting department
• Keep procurement records and reports audit-ready
• Support the procurement policy and approval workflow across the group

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years in procurement, with clear experience buying corporate and indirect categories rather than construction or engineering materials
• Comfortable working under pressure with short turnaround times
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Familiar with ERP-based procurement (Oracle, SAP or similar)
