Job summary

ADC in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate to support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services while maintaining policy compliance and governance.

You will coordinate RFQ/RFP processes, engage suppliers, and work with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure contracts meet commercial terms and risk controls. The role emphasizes data accuracy and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ, RFP, and quotation activities.
• Facilitate bid openings and evaluations with stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Prepare vendor selection documentation.
• Monitor POs, SLAs, and contracts.
• Support procurement policy development and governance.
• Maintain procurement records for audits.
• Produce regular procurement reports and dashboards.
