Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive corporate and group sales across rooms, conferences, and F&B. You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue.

The role requires 5-7 years in hospitality sales in Dubai, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and leadership experience. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality (Dubai) with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, corporate accounts, travel trade, MICE, and government segments.

Responsabilidades

• Implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities in area of responsibility.
• Drive and maintain positive relations with key accounts and business partners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets across rooms, small meeting/conference, and F&B.
• Develop networks to secure hotel trials from key decision makers.
• Maintain corporate accounts through various sales activities (face-to-face, calls, entertainment).
