Sundus is seeking a Contract & Vendor Management professional to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and vendor relationships in Abu Dhabi. The role requires coordinating with legal, procurement, finance, and vendors to ensure compliance, performance, and commercial protections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, law, or a related field.
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and vendor governance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout the lifecycle: drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (vendors, procurement, legal, finance) to meet contractual requirements.
• Review terms, obligations, milestones, payment terms, and SLAs.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage contract-related risks and commercial implications.
• Support negotiations and ensure proper protections.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments.
• Track expiries, renewals, and key milestones.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Resolve contract and vendor-related issues with stakeholders.
• Review invoices and milestones as required by contracts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on vendor performance.
• Assist audits with contract documentation.
• Identify cost optimization and process improvements.
• Document all activities aligned with governance.
