The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, 3+ years in management, and a track record of developing effective vendor strategies that deliver measurable savings and reliable supply chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or vendor management.
• At least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience developing and implementing vendor strategies that cut costs.
• Knowledge of UAE laws and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor management and contract processes in line with strategy.
• Select vendors meeting quality standards and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor performance against contracts and ensure compliance.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals and expirations.
• Develop procurement strategies and conduct market research.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance for senior management.
