Job summary

Makeen Properties, the Ghobash Group's real estate platform, is seeking a Commercial & Procurement Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead commercial management, procurement, contract administration and related processes across the portfolio.

Working with the General Manager and business owners, you will define requirements, negotiate terms, monitor obligations, improve workflows and deliver efficient procurement across residential, commercial and industrial assets in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement, supplier negotiations and contract coordination in UAE.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, budgeting and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management, procurement planning and contract administration.
• Review proposals, negotiate terms and track budgets.
• Coordinate RFQs/RFPs across consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance, risk and governance.
• Provide management reporting dashboards on spend, commitments and cost savings.
• Support close-out, variations and legal reviews.
