Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and tracking purchase orders aligning with project and budget requirements.
• Contract negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with standards.
• Analytical skills to assess bids and supplier performance for data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development procurement is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
