Job summary

8+ years of relevant UAE procurement and contract coordination experience.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, budgeting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial management and cost control, reviewing proposals, budgets and terms.
Own procurement planning from requisition to award across consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Lead commercial review and negotiation of consultant appointments and contracts.
Coordinate contract administration, variations, payments and close-outs.
Define responsibilities, templates and controls within Finance, Legal and Group Procurement.
Maintain supplier performance records and monitor governance and audits.
Provide concise dashboards on spend, commitments and procurement status.
Support acquisitions, asset plans and renewal negotiations with owners.
