Job summary

Golden Falcon General Trading (LLC) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Commercial Manager willing to relocate from India to lead our commercial activities. You will drive growth through strategic planning, market research and strong relationship building across key stakeholders.

The role covers overseeing sales, marketing and business development teams, developing new export opportunities from India and China to MEA markets, and leading high-value contract negotiations to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in business development or commercial management; chemical industry experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty raw materials development for MEA markets from India.
• Strong market analysis, strategic planning and revenue growth track record.
• Market dynamics, sales strategies and business development principles expertise.
• Expertise in market research, data analysis, financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, team management and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth.
• Conduct market research and create business plans for opportunities (expansion, BD).
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and report to senior management.
• Oversee business development, sales and marketing teams for cohesive execution of strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients, partners and industry leaders.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals and contracts.
• Ensure the commercial team meets targets and objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments to inform decisions.
• Report on commercial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
