India Abroad is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Zayed City, UAE. The ideal candidate will have three or more years in a similar role and be capable of driving growth by developing strategic plans and managing a sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations leadership with proven revenue growth.
• Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships across channels.
• Excellent communication skills for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet customer demands, increase market share, and ensure company profitability.
• Manage daily sales activities to meet customer demands, establish pricing strategies, and increase revenue.
• Establish product positioning within the marketplace by understanding customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers through ongoing communication.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to understand trends and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for management review.
• Lead the recruitment, development, training, motivation, and evaluation of staff in order to maximize their potential.
