Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commercial management of multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors and commercial staff.
• Apply knowledge of procurement routes and manage tendering and negotiation processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Generate repeat business through performance and client care.
• Ensure adherence to RICS Ethics, Rules of Conduct, and professionalism.

What You Bring:

• Degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial management within the construction, with GCC/UAE expertise.
