Pfizer Inc in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Commercial Lead – Middle East to translate cluster strategy into disciplined commercial execution across institutional and private-market channels. The role drives revenue, IBA and profitable growth, and leads account management, tender strategy and contracting.

It connects portfolio priorities with market execution and sponsors strategic initiatives to build a high-performing organization.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years in pharmaceutical sales, commercial, or tender-management with leadership exposure in Middle East.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering in multi-market environments.
Strong expertise in customer engagement, tender strategy, contracting, and distribution management.
Demonstrated financial acumen including P&L, forecasting and gross-to-net improvements.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
