Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to develop and own end-to-end change strategy for an asset-intensive transformation, spanning design, build, test, cutover and hypercare.

You will conduct stakeholder analysis, plan communication, training, and readiness activities, coordinate with SAP PM/Maximo and SuccessFactors teams, and drive adoption while ensuring regulatory and data governance alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in organizational change management.
• Experience leading OCM on a system migration (legacy-to-new platform).
• Experience presenting to CIO/steering committee level audiences.
• Certification in Prosci ADKAR or equivalent preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for technical system rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end OCM strategy and plan aligned to project milestones.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments across affected functions.
• Design and execute communication plans and sponsor roadmaps.
• Lead training needs analysis and curriculum design/delivery for new workflows and tools.
• Drive organizational readiness assessments and go/no-go inputs.
• Partner with functional leads to identify process and role changes and translate into interventions.
• Manage resistance and adoption risk with targeted interventions and feedback loops.
• Report readiness metrics and mitigation plans to steering committee and CIO stakeholders.
• Support cutover and hypercare phases with on-ground change support.
