Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to own the end-to-end OCM strategy for an ECC-to-new platform transformation. You will conduct stakeholder analyses, design communication plans, and drive training for new workflows and EAM tools, working across multiple sites.

You will lead readiness assessments, manage adoption risk, and coordinate with SAP PM/Maximo teams to translate changes into interventions, ensuring compliance and governance throughout the program.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in organizational change management.
• Proven experience leading OCM on system migrations in asset-intensive industries.
• Strong stakeholder management, including CIO/steering committee audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent; certification preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical system rollouts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work across matrixed teams including HR, operations and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end OCM strategy aligned to project milestones.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments across functions.
• Design and execute communication plans and sponsor roadmaps.
• Lead training needs analysis and curriculum design for new workflows.
• Drive readiness assessments ahead of cutover waves and go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with leads to identify process changes and translate into interventions.
• Manage resistance and adoption risk with targeted interventions.
• Report readiness metrics and risks to steering committee and CIO-level stakeholders.
• Support cutover and hypercare with on-ground change support.
• Ensure activities align with regulatory and data governance requirements.
