Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a CFO-level executive to own and scale its global finance organization in Dubai. You will design structures, oversee core banking mechanics, and manage complex multi-currency flows across a global network.

You will lead long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, mentor a distributed finance team, and directly engage with financial regulators to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in banking finance and treasury operations.
• Extensive experience managing dual-track treasury architectures.
• Proven track record as CFO or senior financial executive in international companies.
• Professional-level English; Ukrainian is an asset.
• Advanced finance certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA or ACCA.
