Qualifications

• Proven experience in CFO or senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong background in large-scale organizations or group companies.
• Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA preferred.
• Extensive UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
• Strong track record in financial transformation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy planning and capital allocation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, and risk management.
• Manage investor relations and financial governance.
• Drive mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Partner with the CEO and board on long‑term growth strategy.
