Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, grow revenue, and improve profitability. You will sign up real estate accounts, ensure full advertising commitments, and coordinate onboarding with Sales Support to ensure smooth deployments.

You will train clients on tools, monitor health metrics, and communicate effectively to meet targets. A valid UAE driving license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new clients through effective networking, competitor and government registration sites.
• Sign up new and older real estate accounts not currently subscribed to a Bayut & dubizzle corporate account.
• Ensure clients' full advertising commitment to Bayut & dubizzle and competitors is documented at signing.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to complete client onboarding and provide necessary documentation.
• Train new clients on monetizing the tools they've signed up for and ensure attendance at onboarding training.
• Monitor client health and quality metrics to align with management expectations and ensure service efficiency.
• Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and deliver great service.
• Meet or exceed performance targets set by line manager.
• Stay updated on property laws and local real estate news.
• Regularly update reporting dashboard to track all sales activities.
