Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Bids and Estimation Manager within a Facility Management company in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full reviews of bid/tender documents to identify risks and understand commercial submission requirements.
• Review and highlight contractual risks, ensuring considered budgets are aligned to mitigate those risks.
• Assess proposed solutions from operations and solutions teams for RFP compliance.
• Develop high-quality commercial and technical submissions that fully comply with RFP requirements.
• Create benchmark rates to evaluate market standards and assess bid competitiveness.
• Manage and produce accurate commercial cost models and bid evaluations.
• Prepare commercial responses for MEP, cleaning, swimming pool, security, and façade cleaning services.
