Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, FM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years facility management experience, UAE/GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Experience managing technicians, contractors, and multiple service providers.
• Knowledge of AMC, SLA, KPI, preventive maintenance, and CAFM systems.
• Solid understanding of UAE health, safety, fire and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and ensure services delivered efficiently.
• Supervise maintenance teams, technicians, housekeeping, security and contractors.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and building maintenance works.
• Manage service providers, suppliers and AMC contracts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE, fire, Civil Defence and other regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports and facility documentation.
• Monitor budgets, purchases and operating expenses.
• Track contractor performance against SLA and KPIs.
• Handle emergencies, breakdowns and incident response.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and cost reductions.
• Maintain records of assets, inspections, permits and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, management and stakeholders.
• Keep facility clean, safe, secure and operational.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations maintenance safety and overall management of our facilities in the UAE The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations managing maintenance teams and contractors controlling costs and maintaining compliance with UAE health safety and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations and ensure all services are delivered efficiently
• Supervise maintenance teams technicians housekeeping security and external contractors
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Oversee MEP HVAC electrical plumbing civil and building maintenance works
• Manage service providers suppliers and annual maintenance contracts AMC

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
