RecruitMe Plus is seeking an experienced Estimation Director to lead the Tendering & Estimation function for major residential and commercial projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 15–20+ years of robust UAE market experience in construction estimation, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and proven leadership managing large teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire tender lifecycle, reviewing risks and costs, and finalizing submissions. This role demands strong negotiation skills and deep expertise in tendering strategy and commercial risk management.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in construction estimation/tendering.
• Strong UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects.
