Talent Capital Infrastructure in the UAE is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to own the commercial cycle—from identifying hiring needs and approaching decision-makers to securing recruitment assignments and developing repeat business.

You will identify companies across the UAE, build a strong prospect pipeline, research market signals, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships while working closely with the recruitment team to deliver vacancies and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4–5 years of UAE business development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

Identify and target UAE companies with hiring needs.
Build and manage a robust prospect pipeline.
Research market signals such as expansion, new locations, business launches and hiring activity.
Generate new business through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
Conduct client meetings and understand talent requirements.
Convert opportunities into recruitment assignments and framework agreements.
Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver vacancies successfully.
Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
