Job summary

The Recruitment Company seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in Dubai and the Northern Emirates for manpower and workforce solutions. You will identify opportunities, build a robust client pipeline and engage senior decision-makers across Construction, Warehousing and Logistics sectors.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in generating leads, closing contracts and expanding key accounts, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business development experience within the manpower supply industry.
• Experience within manpower supply, outsourcing or workforce solutions.
• Strong existing network of potential clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Established exposure and connections within Construction and/or Warehousing & Logistics.
• Track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into new business.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with the confidence to develop new accounts from initial approach through to contract award.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment and workforce solutions market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across Construction, Warehousing, Logistics and other industries.
• Promote manpower supply, outsourcing and workforce solutions to prospective clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to understand current and future workforce requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals and support contract negotiations through to successful close.
• Develop existing relationships while identifying opportunities to increase account value.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE manpower market, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with operational and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements can be delivered successfully.
• Consistently work towards agreed business development and revenue targets.
