Job summary

Right Advisors Private Limited is seeking an accomplished business leader to head a well-established Oil & Gas EPC group in the UAE. The role demands strategic vision, P&L ownership and the ability to steer large-scale projects across the ADNOC ecosystem.

You will lead senior management, drive growth and profitability, and oversee tendering, contract acquisition and risk management to deliver sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years of overall experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
• Currently operating at CEO / COO / Business Head / General Management level.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale EPC projects and business operations.
• Strong exposure to ADNOC, its ecosystem, approvals and vendor registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership with complete P&L ownership.
• Drive business growth, profitability and long‑term expansion.
• Lead end‑to‑end EPC project execution and delivery.
• Drive business development, tendering, bidding and contract acquisition.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, particularly within the ADNOC ecosystem.
• Oversee operational excellence, project performance and risk management.
• Lead senior management teams and strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Drive business expansion and achieve strategic growth objectives.
