ADNOC is seeking a Business Development professional to support origination, evaluation and execution of M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and investments across its trading and downstream ecosystem.

You will conduct market intelligence, build financial models, and coordinate due diligence to ensure opportunities meet ADNOC's investment criteria and portfolio strategy. Experience in energy trading or related fields is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7-9 years in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related.
• Experience in energy/oil & gas or commodity trading preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Identify target opportunities and screen for strategic fit and investment thresholds.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuations (DCF, comps, scenarios).
• Coordinate due diligence, data requests, and deal documentation.
• Prepare governance and senior management materials.
