Steel Fabrication company in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Building & Construction team. You will develop business with general contractors, engineers, architects, owners reps and property owners to secure major construction contracts.

This role requires a highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to problem-solve, juggle multiple projects, and apply knowledge of steel and architectural fabrication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ten years or more of related work experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business accounts and expand relationships to secure major contracts.
• Manage sales pipeline and use strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with operations to implement plans that generate opportunities and revenue.
• Prequalify leads, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and develop proposals.
• Liaise with Proposal/Marketing and Estimating as required.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, and contractors; cold call when needed.
• Prepare reports for senior management on sales activity.
