Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and relationship management to drive engagement and conversions.

You will research potential clients, initiate contact, conduct onboarding calls with prospective clients, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in sales, business development, or B2B outreach.
• Proven track record of meeting lead or sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified buyer and seller leads across sectors using internal tools and directories.
• Conduct tailored cold and warm outreach via emails, messages, and calls; follow up to maximize engagement.
• Schedule onboarding calls, explain services, guide clients through onboarding; attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups; keep pipeline updated and prepare summaries.
