Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is assisting a Dubai-based software solutions client. The role seeks a proactive Software Sales Executive to drive new business, demonstrate solutions, and close deals with a focus on B2B engagements across industries.

Based in UAE or open to relocation, you will translate complex technical concepts for diverse buyers, manage pipelines in a CRM, and meet monthly targets while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software or IT sales (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
