You will define the direction of an AI engineering squad embedded within a complex operational business, collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. This build-first role combines production engineering, technical leadership, and capability development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production-grade software, including 4+ years with Generative AI or LLMs.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration in international teams.
• Hands-on leadership with end-to-end AI projects.
• Experience deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to connect AI agents to enterprise systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business problems and success metrics before building.
• Lead from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design, build, deploy, and improve enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Develop multi-step agents with tooling orchestration.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation with data ingestion and vector search.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost optimization.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards.
