Job summary

ADGM is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Products (AI) to lead the AI workstream within its digital products portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will own the AI roadmap, drive high-impact use cases from concept to implementation, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and governance.

You will develop business cases, define success metrics, and manage delivery with technology teams and vendors. The role requires hands-on experience with low-code AI platforms and strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, business, engineering, or similar).
• 8 years+ experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital transformation, with demonstrable exposure to AI/ML initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience leading AI programmes or initiatives end to end, including use case identification, prioritisation, delivery, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with low-code AI/automation platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or equivalent).
• Experience writing requirements documentation, business cases, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Experience planning and leading UAT within structured delivery processes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI principles; regulatory environment experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the AI roadmap within the digital products portfolio and align with the wider product roadmap and strategy.
• Prepare business cases, requirements docs, success criteria and KPIs for AI use cases.
• Manage prioritised AI use cases with tech teams and vendors through delivery as product owner.
• Lead UAT for developed AI-enabled products and coordinate testing with teams and users.
• Ensure AI implementations comply with information security, data protection, and governance requirements.
• Monitor deployed solutions, track performance against criteria, identify refinements and risks.
