Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is assisting a major enterprise in Abu Dhabi to hire a senior AI Adoption & Evangelism leader. You will own the AI adoption strategy, measure business impact, and drive adoption across functions and employee groups in a regulated, large-scale setting.

You will define adoption KPIs, build an AI Champions network and partner with AI, product, security and transformation teams to embed adoption into new AI initiatives, ensuring sustained behavioural change and demonstrable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise adoption, transformation, digital workplace, product adoption or change.
• Proven experience owning large-scale adoption or behaviour-change programmes.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI assistants and enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Strong analytical and programme-management skills, with experience using adoption/usage data.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience translating AI technology into practical business use cases.
• Comfortable operating in large, complex or regulated organisations.
• Strong advantage: Experience driving AI adoption across 1,000+ employees, building AI champion networks, or working within government, banking or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmap.
• Define adoption KPIs and track usage, engagement, retention and business value.
• Drive practical AI use cases across different functions and employee groups.
• Build and manage an AI Champions / ambassador network.
• Develop role-based training, enablement and adoption programmes.
• Engage executives and managers to drive sustained behavioural change.
• Lead internal AI communications, demonstrations, communities and showcases.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions.
• Partner with AI, product, technology, security and transformation teams to embed adoption into new AI initiatives.
• Use employee and product data to distinguish between adoption, training and product-quality issues.
