Job summary

Mubadala invites you to lead the AI Product team within the AI Enablement Unit in Abu Dhabi, overseeing Generative AI and ML products across corporate platforms.

You will set strategy and roadmaps, architect scalable AI solutions, enforce data contracts and governance, and drive value through agile delivery and responsible AI.

Partner with engineering, data science and business leaders to deliver ROI, manage budgets, and surface delivery risks while enabling enterprise wide adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI/ML and GenAI products from concept through to production and adoption.
• Ability to define and own AI product strategy, vision and roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable product solutions.
• Experience delivering multiple enterprise AI products and managing significant product budgets and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product strategy and roadmap translating business objectives into ROI and OKRs.
• Architect scalable AI solutions with reusable patterns (RAG, agents, APIs).
• Define data contracts with governance, lineage, PII controls, and quality contracts with the data engineering team.
• Run model lifecycle and MLOps with CI/CD, experiment tracking, evals, A/B tests, rollbacks, and model registries.
• Deliver through agile execution: intake, scoping, sprint planning, dependencies, SLAs.
• Ensure responsible, secure AI: safety, bias, privacy, and legal reviews; guardrails and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Drive change & enablement: publish playbooks, training, adoption measurement.
• Measure value & performance: KPIs for accuracy, cycle time, adoption, ROI.
• Govern build/buy & vendor management: evaluate platforms, negotiate contracts, manage costs.
• Align stakeholders & communicate: empower exec sponsors and platform leads; surface delivery risks.
