Qualifications

• 18–20 years of professional experience at Director or Senior Director level.
• Experience managing major client relationships and delivering technology or consulting programs in the Middle East.
• Strong executive communication, commercial acumen, and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Own overall engagement delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive scope management and proactive stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee staffing allocations, risk management, and issue escalation with internal teams.
• Facilitate governance forums such as Steering Committees and QBRs.
• Collaborate with client executives and internal leadership to review engagement health and KPIs.
