Job summary

DataRobot is seeking a Lead AI Engineer within Professional Services to drive the technical vision and successful delivery of complex AI programs for top-tier customers. You will lead AI Engineers, define architectural best practices for Agentic AI deployments, and ensure solutions translate into measurable business value.

Responsibilities include executive engagement, governance, architecture standards, thought leadership, revenue attainment, and regional travel up to 50% across GCC.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–10 years of progressive hands-on experience in software development, Agentic AI frameworks, or a similar technical role.
• CS Degree; MS or PhD preferred in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• Expert-level cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with on-premise deployment and enterprise security.
• Expert familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Strategic Engagement: advise C-levels on AI strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Program Ownership & Governance: own technical success of Professional Services portfolio, set standards, oversee deployment of AI apps.
• Technical Architecture & Standards: define blueprint and MLOps practices for scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership: represent DataRobot in industry events and publish technical content.
• Revenue & Utilization: drive project execution and customer satisfaction to meet regional targets.
• Travel: up to 50% travel within the GCC region.
• Language: Arabic preferred but not required.
