DataRobot is seeking a Forward Deployed Engagement Manager in Dubai to lead the delivery of advanced customer initiatives. You will oversee professional services engagements, managing project scope, budget, and execution of AI solutions.

Candidates should have 7+ years in tech roles with experience in managing data projects. Knowledge of system architectures, client management, and a technical background is essential. The role offers a benefits package including medical insurance and flexible time off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in delivering complex software or data products.
• Experience in client-facing leadership roles (e.g., Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager).
• Experience managing data science or machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements.
• Act as the primary translation layer between client stakeholders and DataRobot’s technical team.
• Identify implementation risks early and work with the engineering team to mitigate them.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client sponsors and manage expectations.
