Job summary

Blue BearX in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships and move creative projects from first conversation to delivery. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative team, turning conversations into clear briefs and keeping everyone aligned.

In this role you’ll own day-to-day accounts, coordinate with strategists, designers, filmmakers and developers, lead meetings, track progress and budgets, and help identify opportunities for repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client services within a creative agency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate client conversations into clear briefs.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with deadlines.
• Comfort discussing budgets, scope and timelines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency using CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships from onboarding through delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs.
• Coordinate with strategists, designers, filmmakers and developers.
• Lead client meetings and document decisions.
• Consolidate feedback and secure approvals.
• Track progress, budgets and scope and raise risks.
• Support proposals, estimates and project planning.
• Identify opportunities for repeat work.
• Maintain client records in CRM and project tools.
