Job summary

Talent Higher, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, branding, social media and performance marketing.

You will define scopes, timelines and success metrics, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and identify growth opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in client-servicing within marketing/creative/advertising contexts
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across channels and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and performance media
• Experience with government/free zone/corporate/lifestyle clients preferred
• Strong commercial awareness, presentation skills and senior stakeholder management
