Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own full commercial relationships with global, highly regulated financial institutions. You will manage the portfolio, drive renewal and expansion, and lead executive business reviews to discuss compliance posture, risk, and platform value.

The role requires strategic thinking and operational execution with end-to-end ownership of renewals, escalations, and growth across accounts within a hybrid London-origin framework.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS and renewal/expansion strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory needs.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships across large clients.
• Experience forecasting renewal risk and driving retention strategies.
• Ability to coordinate across product, engineering and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals across the portfolio and lead expansion opportunities.
• Design and deliver executive reviews focusing on compliance posture and platform value.
• Forecast ARR churn risk and build mitigation plans using data.
• Drive inbound expansion deals with Account Executives in collaboration.
• Communicate delivery updates clearly and coordinate cross-functional teams.
