Job summary

GMG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store Sales Supervisor to drive sales through the Store Sales team while delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards.

You will oversee scheduling, merchandising, promotions, cash handling, inventory, and reporting, while ensuring brand policy adherence. The role also involves developing the team, maintaining service quality, and ensuring loss prevention and policy compliance across store activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused approach with strong product knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports in delivering the store's annual sales targets.
• Maintains coverage and scheduling to ensure high customer service levels.
• Conducts store operations audits for policy compliance.
• Oversees after-sales processes and communicates with stakeholders.
• Ensures customer needs are met and complaints are resolved.
• Maintains visual merchandising and brand policy adherence.
• Manages promotions, pricing accuracy, and stock reports.
• Shares sales insights, cash handling, inventory, and record keeping.
• Maintains loss prevention standards and inventory accuracy.
• Directs the team to follow SOPs and store appearance standards.
