Job summary

GMG Dubai is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales through the Store Sales team and deliver exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards across the store.

You will lead and develop the team, oversee merchandising, promotions, cash handling and inventory, and ensure strict adherence to brand policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in retail operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports in delivering store annual sales targets.
• Maintains proper coverage and schedule to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Conducts store operations audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversees after-sales processes and adheres to repair/return policies and procedures.
• Ensures customer needs are met and complaints are resolved; builds rapport with customers.
• Ensures visual merchandising standards and pricing are aligned with brand policies.
• Generates and analyzes sales reports and supports stock optimization.
• Handles daily invoices and store financial hygiene in line with SOPs.
• Manages inventory movements, restocking and discrepancies.
