Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports in delivering the store annual sales targets.
• Assists in coverage and scheduling to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Conducts store operations audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversees after-sales processes and adherence to repair/return policies.
• Ensures customer needs are met, resolves complaints, and maintains exceptional service levels.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and brand-aligned product displays.
• Ensures promotions and pricing align with company standards.
• Generates and analyzes sales reports to maximize stock potential.
